This fabulous and formidable book is written by Colin Quinn. She is a comedian, writer and has written and hosted the shows like Red State Blue State and unconstitutional. In this book, the author tells us that governance and constitution are the basic demands of a state and country and to be live in a country without a constitution means no law and order is there. Without law and order existence and safety of life is not possible. But to put a large number of states together to be governed together is a wrong concept and it misleads the people and the young generation. The author says that as states are not self-sufficient and they have different needs depending upon various circumstances and availability of sources so they should be governed separately so that their demands could be met.
