She has different dreams but none of them came true. Abbi Hope has childhood trauma and she still suffers from it. She was two-years-old when the 9/11 happened. Abbi Hope grew up under the shadow of this terrorist attack. The girl was celebrating her birthday when the aeroplanes hit the building. On this day, a picture was taken, in which Abbi Hope grasps a red balloon and wears a birthday crown and just behind her the World Trade centre is collapsing.
This picture becomes an iconic picture and people used as memes on the internet. The girl also suffers from asthma and people did not know her emotional situation. Abbi Hope decided to go for counselling of the kids which is two towns away from her home. She is pumped up to change her life in the upcoming summer. Noah Stern whose world is also shattered by 9-11 incident and she also has some plans for the upcoming summer. They both met each other at Knights Day Camp and none of them is ready to confront their past.
