Recently she was living with her uncle in the small community, she does not like this way of living. Later on, she is befriended by a boy and his name was Ethan Wate. He belongs to the old family and they are living in the south. The boy is raised by Amma, she is the aunt of Ethan. The rules of the house are strict and he only able to go at Gatlin. There is the same environment, all the people are working on the same business, they talk the same things and there is nothing new here. He was hopeless about the change in his life than Lena come in his life. They are really close to each other and spend their time together in school. Both of them enjoy each other company and Ethan can’t stay away from the girl. He likes her different styles of clothes, her way of talking and her energy of approaching towards life.

This novel is written by Margaret Stohl.  This is a gorgeous story about how life doesn’t always work out the way we want it to, but if we’re willing, we can still make it a great life. It is a good compelling story, engaging, and easy to read. This is the perfect holiday novel, you can pick it up and get straight back into the story. The novel “Jo & Laurie” is an enjoyable story that moves along at a good pace. It is not too quickly, but at a pace that keeps the reader engaged waiting to discover the outcome. It has a satisfactory ending which is a little predictable but ties up all the loose ends. Some of the male characters are a little too good to be true but that doesn’t spoil any part of the story. The author switches between the two time periods effortlessly and easily which doesn’t always happen in these kinds of books. Each storyline had a richness that was only strengthened by the comparison and contrast to the other.
