This story is built with two protagonists and two slowly intertwining story arcs that meet in a very satisfying way. During the reading, readers can these scenes in their head very clearly. The dialogue is nice and tight and the author doesn’t over explain things or sail off into inconsequential avenues of exploration. If you enjoy sci-fi with huge backdrops but drilled down and focused well developed characters, you will dig this. Bonus points if you are a noir fiction fan. One other note, this book aims to illuminate what the author imagines as an “in between” or middle stage of humanity’s journey out of the solar system. While many sci-fi stories focus on the near future and many others use the far-flung future as the grist for their tales. That said, this is an epic saga worthy to be called sci-fi. The ageless drama of every aspect of the human condition wrapped in a vac suit and hauling loads of ice home to feed and fuel the 40 billion humans on the inner planets.

“Agency” is a story of love, loss, heartbreak and unbreakable bonds. This novel is written by William Gibson . This is a gorgeous story about how life doesn’t always work out the way we want it to, but if we’re willing, we can still make it a great life. It is a good compelling story, engaging and easy to read. This is the perfect holiday novel, can pick it up and get straight back into the story. The novel “Agency” is an enjoyable story which moves along at a good pace. It is not too quickly, but at a pace which keeps the reader engaged waiting to discover the outcome. It has a satisfactory ending which is a little predictable but ties up all the loose ends. Some of the male characters are a little too good to be true but that doesn’t spoil any part of the story. The author switches between the two time periods effortlessly and easily which doesn’t always happen in these kinds of books. Each storyline had a richness that was only strengthened by the comparison and contrast to the other. The book certainly brought all the feels, and elements of all characters.
