Her books are always clear and precise and pack with useful information without the fluff. Judika is an independent scholar, educator, and author of several books of folklore, folkways, and mythology. This is an authentic book with real Occult Magick. She uses most of the magic from more traditional Caribbean folk. The author-written style is fantastic and amazing. This is a great overall learning book. This is a very interesting book. This is a great resource book in which you can find a great many suggestions for your spells. You will find literally all kinds of magic, magic to help you sleep better, love, spells, to boost physic abilities, spells for your pets, healing spells, beauty spells, etc.
It’s also great when you’re unsure how to solve a certain situation and want to see what others have done for that topic from a credible source. The fact that its sort of like a cookbook (reminiscent of the Joy of Cooking) makes it such an easy to use and browse reference book. The book is so much more than just a huge compilation of spells though, it’s also a really good guide on how to cast spells, using magical tools, ritual techniques, magical theory to ensure that you have a strong understanding of how to effectively cast a spell. Finally, “Encyclopedia of 5,000 Spells” is a great book for beginners to experiment with different spells. This book is a must-have for anyone looking to test out their magic.
